ABOUT RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS

All reservations are automatically confirmed upon receipt of payment.
To confirm your reservation, you will be required to pay a security deposit equivalent to 30% of the total activity cost.
Payments made through our website are processed exclusively via PayPal.
Prices are shown per person, in US dollars (USD), and must be paid in this currency. Rates are calculated based on a specific number of passengers. (If the number of participants decreases within 24 hours prior to or on the day of the activity, no adjustment or reduction will be made to the rate.)

ABOUT TAXES

Payments made on our website include all applicable national taxes. This applies only to payments for reservations. It does not apply to extra services or upgrades.

ABOUT ADDITIONAL SERVICES

Any additional services—such as special meals, premium beverages, transportation, or other services not included in the inclusions list at the time of booking—are not included in the selected price.

These services can be requested through a personalized quote, subject to availability.

ABOUT PRIVACY POLICY

Play Tide Charters is committed to protecting the privacy of its clients.

We do not share personal information with third parties.
The data provided is used solely to manage and guarantee reservations made with us.
