We appreciate your preference at Play tide Charters, it is very important to us that you carefully read the policies and terms when you book.
We are committed to offering an optimal quality service for the enjoyment of the activities, and we know that clear communication is essential for any service-client relationship to be successful.
Below is all the relevant information that you need to know before using our services.
RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS
-All reservations will be confirmed automatically at the time of payment.
-The customer must pay 30% of the total amount of the activity as a non-refundable security deposit to confirm the reservation.
-Payment is processed via PayPal as it is the only payment method available on our website.
-If the client wishes to pay by debit or with credit card, please contact us at the following email address ------PlaytideCharters@gmail.com or directly in the contact bulletin, subject, Reserve.
-Prices apply per person.
-Prices are shown in US dollars and must be paid in this currency.
-The price is based on a specific number of passengers; a rate change will not be accepted if the number of passengers decreases at the last minute or within 24 hours before the activity.
-The client will not be able to request a rate reduction due to this on the day of the activity.
-Any change or request must be informed in writing via email.
For payments through PayPal, you will not be charged taxes or extra charges, however, you must consider that if you use any other payment method outside of this, you must be charged the corresponding 13% national tax on the balance to be paid.
*This also applies to the collection of the outstanding balance on the day of the activity.
CANCELLATION POLICY AND OTHER CONDITIONS
-Any cancellation or change of the activity must be requested in writing and confirmed through our email address.
-In case of modifications of activities, they will be subject to availability.
-The prices of the tours are subject to changes in their rates according to the season.
-To receive a full refund of the experience, the customer must cancel at least 24 hours before the start time.
-If customer cancel the experience less than 24 hours before the start time, the amount paid will not be refunded.
-The cut-off time is based on the local time of the place where the experience takes place.
-In case the client does not show up, no refund will be made.
-In tourist services, a waiting time limit of 15 minutes is established before it is declared as a no show.
-We do not accept claims or returns for cancellations by the client at the last minute.
-A partial or total refund is not made if the client decides to finish the activity before the assigned time.
-Any request for extra service such as special requests for food, drinks, transportation or others not mentioned in the list of inclusions at the time of booking are not included in the selected price, you can request a personalized quote with our customer service agent.
Cancellations caused by force majeure situations within 24 hours before the activity or at the last minute.
-Reasons of force majeure are considered: airport closures, extraordinary health situations, such as suffering from serious illnesses or accidents that make it impossible to carry out the reserved service.
-For any of these previously mentioned cases, proof documents will be requested to support the cancellation. If the cancellation is confirmed, everything possible will be done to generate a refund of the total amount paid.
-Play tide charters will not make refunds for reasons other than those previously reported, Example: for cancellations or customer problems with VISAS, expiration of travel insurance, flight cancellations for reasons other than those stated above, flight changes and no refund.
-The activity will be carried out on cloudy days or with moderate rain if this does not put the safety of our clients and crew at risk (this is at the discretion of the captain in charge); likewise, tours will be canceled during lightning strikes, thunderstorms, and inclement weather.
-The client will be contacted and notified in advance if it is decided to cancel the tour, they will have the opportunity to reschedule or be offered a full refund
Play tide charters will not share the personal information of its clients to third parties.
All information received from clients will be used only to guarantee the reservations contracted with us.
